  9. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  10. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  11. agreement signed by Soft Answers Co. your use of this
  12. software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
  13. warranty.

  17. One registered copy of the Masked Image ActiveX control may be 
  18. used by a single person who uses the software personally on one 
  19. or more computers.

  23. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of

  26. Disclaimer of Warranty

  28. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  29. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  30. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  31. various hardware and software environments into which the Masked
  32. Image Control may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
  33. PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  35. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  36. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  37. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
  38. LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  39. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

  45. This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  46. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
  47. without charge for a period of 30 days.  If you use this software
  48. after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee of $20 is
  49. required.  Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and
  50. should be sent to Soft Answers Co., 6706 Woodbrooke Drive,
  51. Victor, NY  14564.  When payment is received you will be sent
  52. a registered copy of the software.

  54. Unregistered use of the Masked Image ActiveX control after the 30-day
  55. evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright
  56. laws.

  58. Distribution

  60. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute
  61. the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its
  62. unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
  63. of the above.

  65. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  66. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  67. distributing the unregistered software and/or documentation with
